In the period of the previous LIFE project appeared emergency situations in which occurred solicitations for releasing animals poached in nooses. Thus, our team administrated urgent situations that occurred in Vrancea County and that required intervention measures. Animals caught in nooses for wild-boars and ungulates suffered profound injuries requiring specialised chirurgical interventions. Therefore, a treatment in a specialised centre would eliminate this possibility, and the existence of this structure will discourage many attempts of poaching.
   Through the EPA Vrancea, and with participation from the Vrancea FD, and the LF ASD, was realised an intervention unity for occurring cases of injured large carnivores, consisting of a Animal Rescue Mobile Unity (ARMU) and a Large Carnivores Rehabilitation and Monitoring Centre (LCRMC).
