Active member of the Association for Biological Diversity Conservation, she is involved in research activities of large carnivores. In 2012 obtained her Master’s degree with the thesis entitled “
Habitat use by brown bears (Ursus arctos). Case Study - Vrancea County”, from the Faculty of Geography (UB). Currently, she is a PhD student at the Faculty of Biology, Department of Systemic Ecology and Sustainable Development, University of Bucharest, where she primarily studies the applicability of noninvasive methods for monitoring the wolf population in Romania.
